Rules For The Traveling Gavel
To capture the Gavel there must be 3 girls from your Bethel visiting the Bethel that has the Gavel. When the Gavel is at your Bethel put your Bethel number on a sequin and attach it to the ribbon. Use it at your meetings until 3 girls from another Bethel come to visit and capture it and take it to their Bethel.
